He is a physician's son and was a pre-med student at the University of Arizona.
This background has given him a superb foundation for the medical situations
he deals with in his law practice.
Bob graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1969 and has
been admitted to practice before all Arizona courts, before the United States
Court of Appeals as well as the United States Supreme Court. Over the years, he
has also volunteered his time and expertise to numerous legal activities such as
the Insurance Committee of the State Bar, the Panel of Arbitrators of the
American Arbitration Association, presenting seminars to fellow lawyers and
providing legal expertise to members of the Legislature of the State of Arizona
andthe United States Congress. He has also been a long-time member of the
Board of Directros of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
Bob also remained involved with his college sport of football as a PAC-10 and
WAC football official for 30 years. Working the 1989 Rose Bowl and the 2005
FiestaBowl were two of the many highlights of his officiating career. In 2008,
Bob was inducted into the Pima County Sports Hall of Fame.
