Chuck was born in Eugene, Oregon, where he hired out with the railroad in July of 1964.   Chuck is 3^rd generation railroader who has worked in Eugene, Oregon, Roseville & San Louis Obispo, California, and Finally in Tucson, Arizona. Chuck served in the Army from Sept 1965 - Sept 1968. After serving in the Army Chuck decided to go to college and attended Lane Community College from 1969-1971. Chuck has a wonderful family and a has been married to his lovely and talented wife Lisa for 13 years. Chuck has worked in Tucson from October 1982 until he retired from the railroad in June of 2007, ending a 43 year railroad career. Chuck has been with The Rabb Penny Law Firm since July of 2007. 

Bill hired out in Watsonville, CA with the Southern Pacific in July, 1966 as a Switchman. Transferred to San Jose, CA that same year and remained in San Jose for the next 17 years. While a member of UTU Local 1080, Bill served the membership as Secretary/Treasurer, Legislative Representative and Vice Local Chairman. Bill, his lovely wife, Laura, and their two daughters, Melanie and Ashley moved to Mesa, AZ in 1983. Having transferred his membership to UTU Local 1629, Bill remained active in the UTU. He held various local and state positions until his retirement in June, 2007. Included in those positions were Secretary/Treasurer, Legislative Representative, Vice Local Chairman - Switchmen, Local Chairman - Switchmen, Alternate Delegate, Delegate, and Assistant Arizona State Legislative Director. In retirement, Bill enjoys fishing, gardening, camping and spending time with his family and friends. After spending 41 years caring for and taking care of his UTU Brother's and Sister's he was afraid of Retiring and loosing contact with all those members. When given the opportunity to work with Chip and travel to various Local meetings and keep involved in the UTU as a Field Representative, there was no hesitation. Bill has been with The Rabb Penny Law Firm since January of 2008.
