Matthew was born and raised Tucson, Arizona. He attended the University of Arizona where he received a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Business. After graduating from the University, he moved to Washington, D.C. for a year. While in Washington Matthew interned in the Health, Education, Labor, and Pension Senate Committee under Senator Edward Kennedy. After his internship Matthew attended Oklahoma City University where he received his J.D. Matthew's primary area of practice is in wills, trusts and probate matters.
