Mark A. Raczkowski was born in Madison, Wisconsin and at six years old, moved with his family to Tucson. Since then Mark has spent most of his life in Arizona. He attended college at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, graduating with a B.A. in English in 2000. Mark then returned to Tucson for law school at the University of Arizona, from which he graduated in 2003. Mark then traveled to San Diego where he enrolled at the California Western School of Law. After passing the California Bar Exam, he received an LL.M. degree in Trial Advocacy. The lure of family and friends eventually brought Mark back to Tucson, where he began working as an associate at The Rabb Penny Law Firm in November, 2004.
Before being hired at Rabb Penny, Mark's legal training was focused primarily on trial advocacy and criminal defense. Mark has worked at several public defender offices, including those located in Coconino County, Pima County, and Los Angeles County. Additionally, he spent four months at the Federal Defenders of San Diego during his LL.M. program in 2004. His criminal defense experience has put him in touch with hundreds of different clients while vigorously preparing him for a career in litigation. Mark is currently practicing civil litigation as well as estate planning, probate, and family law.
